You, the buyer, understand by the present that some products and modifications may be intended for off-road/show/race use only and are not intended for use on public roads or highways. You, as the buyer, are solely responsible for complying with any/all local, state, and federal laws in relation with the products sold by Turbine Tech and the modifications made on your vehicle, if any. Turbine Tech DOES NOT GUARANTEE in any manner that its products or modifications comply with local, state and federal laws.
- Privacy and Policy -
Turbine Tech. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Turbine Tech Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Shipping Policy
/ Damaged Shipments
All shipments are sent with full insurance coverage. Turbine Tech Inc.
ships all orders in perfect condition and is not responsible for any damage
that may occur during shipment. Please inspect the contents of your order
before signing the delivery receipt. Any damages should be noted by the
driver on your copy of the delivery receipt and you must make an insurance
claim with the shipping carrier to recover damages/loss of shipments.
You agree not to refuse shipments for any reason. Refused shipments will
be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are
sent.

after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Turbine Tech Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your
order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you
ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Turbine Tech
Inc. may require additional verifications or information before accepting
any order.
By submitting your creative ideas, inventions, suggestions or materials
(your "submission") you grant Turbine Tech Inc. a royalty-free,
perpetual and irrevocable, license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish,
translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the
public, perform and display your submission (in whole or in part) worldwide
and to incorporate your submission in other works in any form, media,
or technology now known or later developed without any notice or compensation
to you.
International orders
and orders shipped to states not in Canada be subject to tariffs, taxes,
and regulations. Turbine Tech Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays
or any additional fees for such orders.
